Sign in

Go to specstack.eu. Use the email address your invitation was sent to, and the password you chose when you accepted it.

No codes, no extra apps. If the password is gone, press Forgot password? and a new link is emailed to you.

Set up the fence you build

The panel on the left is your fence. Choose the wood, the height and number of rails, the rail length, and the post head.

Every new line you draw uses these settings. You can change them later and draw a second type on the same job.

Find the field

Type the address in the search box above the map. The map jumps straight there.

You pressSearch a location…

Use + and − to zoom, and drag to move around. Satellite shows the real field from the air.

Step 4 of 11

Draw the fence

Press Enclosure for a paddock, or Line for a single run. Click each corner. To finish a paddock, click the first corner again.

Look at the bottom of the screen while you draw — the length and the price are already there, before you save anything.

No map? Just type the metres

If you already measured the job yourself, press Manual and type the total length instead. You never have to draw.

Everything else works the same — same fence settings, same gates, same price.

Press Save & price

SpecStack counts every post, rail, gate and fitting for you, and gives you one price.

It also shows the honest numbers: the length after gate openings are taken out, and the length you actually bill in whole rails.

Your quote is ready

The quote gets its own number and version. You see the customer price, your own buying price, and your margin side by side.

Your buying price and margin are for your eyes only — they never appear on anything the customer receives. They are blanked out in this guide (€ ——) because this page can be shared; in the app you see the real numbers.

Change it without losing anything

Got a price wrong, or the customer wants one more gate? Press Adjust quote to change a line, or Reconfigure to reopen the drawing.

Either way SpecStack saves a NEW version and keeps the old one. You cannot overwrite a price you already sent.

What Primewood will ship

Under the prices you get the material list Primewood picks from, and how it travels: packs, volume, weight and roughly how many trucks.

Both are yours only. Neither ever appears on anything the customer receives.

Send it out, then order

Quote PDF is for your customer. Plan PDF shows the drawing. Excel lets you edit it. When the customer says yes, Send to Primewood turns it into an order.

Nothing leaves your screen until you press one of these. Looking is safe.

Everything stays under Quotes

Every quote you save is here for good. Quotes is what you priced; My orders is what you already sent to Primewood.

You pressQuotes

Press a status — draft, sent, accepted, ordered, lost — to show only those. Keeping it current is how you see what is still worth chasing.

If something goes wrong

Nothing you press can break it

A quote is only saved when you press Save & price. Nothing is sent to your customer or to Primewood until you press send yourself.

    Made a mistake while drawing? Press the undo arrow above the map, or Edit to drag a corner.

    Wrong price or wrong fence? Open the quote and press Adjust quote, or draw it again — the old version is always kept.
  • 3
    Something looks broken? Press the small red megaphone at the right edge of the screen. It sends us the screen you are looking at.
